Direct Seller Contract

This section summarizes terms for individuals or businesses who sell or refer Pro Printer Shop products.

Role & Scope

A Direct Seller may promote products, share product links, and refer customers. A Direct Seller may not present themselves as an employee, equity partner, or official representative without a written agreement.

Commission & Payments

• Commission structures are agreed in writing per program.
• Commissions are paid after orders are confirmed and not refunded or canceled.
• We reserve the right to withhold payment for suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Direct Seller Responsibilities

• Use approved marketing materials and brand guidelines.
• Provide factual product information and avoid misleading claims.
• Respect customer privacy and applicable advertising laws.

Termination

We may terminate at any time for fraud, misrepresentation, or repeated policy violations.
