Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident buying from Pro Printer Shop. The following explains when returns and refunds are accepted, and how to request them.
Eligibility
- Returns accepted for items damaged on arrival, incorrect items delivered, or items materially not as described.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Products must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice when applicable.
- Renewed/refurbished items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened ink or toner cartridges (unless defective on arrival)
- Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs
- Products with tampered serials or labels
- Digital-only items and most software licenses (subject to manufacturer terms)
Refund Process
After inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing commonly takes 5–7 business days after approval.
Replacement
If stock is available, we will offer a replacement in lieu of a refund unless you expressly request refund.
To start a return, contact info@proprintershop.us with your order number and photos (if damaged).
