License Transfer Policy

At Pro Printer Shop, we take product authenticity and customer protection seriously. This policy explains how software & activation licenses associated with products we sell are handled.

Licensed & Renewed Products

Some devices—especially renewed or refurbished printers—may be supplied with manufacturer software, firmware, or activation features. Those licenses may be transferable or non-transferable depending on the manufacturer’s terms.

Non-Transferable Licenses

Software or activation codes bundled with some printers cannot be transferred to another user, account, or device unless explicitly permitted by the original manufacturer. We will indicate non-transferability on the product page when known.

Transferable Licenses

If a product includes a transferable license, we will clearly state that transfer is allowed on the product listing and invoice, and we will provide any documentation required to complete the transfer.

Customer Responsibilities

• Confirm licensing terms before purchase.
• Do not attempt to bypass or alter manufacturer license restrictions.
• Contact the manufacturer for activation problems if needed; we will assist where possible.

Pro Printer Shop Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product and license information on listings and invoices.
• Disclose non-transferability where known.
• Assist customers by providing documentation or pointing to manufacturer resources.
